LISBON BOOK FAIR

Our Portuguese imprint ADELAIDE BOOKS PORTUGAL took part in the last year's LISBON BOOK FAIR from May 29 to June 16. We presented and offered to Portuguese book market our titles in Portuguese and English language. Authors Joram Piatigorsky, Michael Washburn, and David Moscovich were present for the launch of their books in Portuguese and English and did book reading and book-signings.

The Lisbon Book Fair is one of the oldest cultural festivals held in the capital of Portugal. It was inaugurated in the 1930s, and its traditional location is the Eduardo VII Park (Parque Eduardo VII), the largest park of Lisbon, which is located in the vicinity of the monumental Praça Marques de Pombal. Open and free to public, each year during three weeks  attracts over 500,000 visitors.

We will be again this year at the Lisbon Book Fair  from August 28 to September 13.

The Eduardo VII Park (Parque Eduardo VII) in Lisbon is
the site of the Lisbon Book Fair already in its 89th year.
